Create beautiful, readable notes with built-in styles that look great on all your devices. Add checklists, bulleted or numbered lists, images, links, and other attachments.
Save Web Links
Save web links to Keep It, view them right in the app, open them in your browser, or save them as PDFs for offline reading.
Files:
Add Anything
Add any kind of file or save it directly to its folders—open files in their original apps for editing. With iCloud, all changes automatically sync across your Macs and iOS devices.
Preview and Edit
Keep It generates thumbnails and summaries for most files, lets you edit notes, rich and plain text, and shows previews for PDFs, images, web pages, and many other document types.
Search and Filter:
Search
Keep It can search inside most files. As you type, suggestions appear to help you narrow down results using keywords or natural language. Save your searches to reuse later.
Tag Filter
The Tag Filter makes finding things by tags effortless. Choose a tag to view all matching items and related tags, then drill down further by selecting additional ones.
Organize:
Folders
Organize items and bundles hierarchically using folders. Select a folder to see everything it contains.
Bundles
Gather related items together in bundles. Items can belong to multiple bundles, and removing a bundle doesn’t delete its contents.
Labels
Use color-coded labels for quick visual organization. Labels appear in the sidebar for instant access to all items with a specific label.
